Yes! Every guest will have their own sewing table where you can leave your sewing machine and projects set up for the entire retreat. No packing up each evening—simply sit down and sew whenever inspiration strikes.

This retreat is designed for quilters of all skill levels who want to step away from everyday responsibilities and enjoy uninterrupted time to sew, relax, and be inspired. Whether you're traveling with a friend or attending on your own, you'll be welcomed into a friendly and supportive community.

Guests on our email list will receive the registration link first. Because the retreat is limited, we encourage early registration.

At The Suttle Lodge there is complimentary wireless internet in the main Lodge building and at The Boathouse restaurant. Please be aware that due to the remote location wireless internet and cell service don't always reach all areas of the property. You’ll find the best service if you hang out on The Deck or by The Boathouse.

Yes! We'll ask about allergies and dietary preferences during registration and will work to accommodate most dietary needs whenever possible.

The closest airport is Redmond Municipal Airport (RDM), located approximately 40 minutes from Suttle Lodge. We can arrange a pickup for you from the airport.

If you fly into Portland International Airport (PDX), plan for a 3 hour drive to Suttle Lodge. You can either rent a car or we can help you book a transfer shuttle for an additional fee.

We'll provide detailed travel information and recommendations before the retreat.

No. Once you arrive at the retreat, transportation for scheduled activities—including our wine tasting excursion and the Sisters Outdoor Quilt Show—is provided.

If you're driving to Oregon, complimentary parking is available at Suttle Lodge.

July in Central Oregon is one of the most beautiful times of year. Expect warm, sunny days with cool mornings and evenings. We recommend dressing in layers so you're comfortable throughout the day.

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot.

If your plans change, we'll make every effort to fill your space from our waitlist. If we're able to do so, eligible payments will be refunded according to our cancellation policy. Full details will be provided during registration.

We also strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.
